COVID-19 Dashboard

UConn is committed to transparency in communicating information on COVID-19 to our community. This dashboard is designed to clearly, concisely, and accurately reflect the health of our campuses.

Beginning Aug. 11, 2021, all reported student vaccination data for the Storrs and regional campuses is posted and updated weekly during the semesters.

Students have been directed to obtain and upload the results of a COVID test (PCR or at-home antigen) within 72 hours before arrival to campus for the spring 2022 semester. Residential students who test positive are directed to remain at home to complete their quarantine and recovery.

UConn will provide spring semester arrival testing to students on all campuses who have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 90 days. Students who test positive will be expected to return home to complete their 10-day isolation period.  Isolation housing will be provided for students who are unable to return home.

The information below represents student data as of Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2022.

COVID positivity rates for residential students will be updated on this dashboard after Storrs and Stamford students have fully returned to their campus housing.

The information reflects results from tests conducted 12/28/21 and thereafter, including the Spring 2022 semester. Historical data on Fall 2021 results are footnoted at the end of each campus section.

*Current and cumulative case numbers may not match. This is because students who leave isolation are no longer reflected in the current positive/symptomatic on-campus number. They are reflected in the cumulative number.

**This is the percentage of UConn’s Storrs residential population who are currently COVID-positive.

The seven-day average of tests that were returned as positive over the week ending Jan. 19 was not reported because it would be skewed by the low number of tests conducted and small residential population.

Fall 2021 semester historical figures: 112 cumulative residential student positive cases and 6,976 cumulative residential student tests conducted.
